Wiltshire’s Enterprising Business of the Year, John Williams Heating Services, has become one of only a handful of companies in the county to become a Which? Trusted Trader.
After undergoing a rigorous accreditation process, the company, which is based on the Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate in Chippenham, has been awarded Trusted Trader status.
Debbie Williams, co-founder of John Williams Heating Services, said: “It was an extremely stringent process with painstaking criteria – many companies don’t meet the standards required.
“However we felt our customers would feel even more confident in our services and standards if we went the extra mile to get this accreditation with such a trusted brand as Which?”
John Williams Heating Services celebrates its tenth anniversary this year and operates from the Bumpers Farm Industrial Estate in Chippenham. The company employs 16 staff who all pride themselves on offering excellent and reliable customer service to customers in Wiltshire, Bath, Bristol and Somerset.
Services offered by the company include all aspects of plumbing from changing a washer tap to a full design and installation service; heating services including LPG gas, oil and renewables; domestic and commercial maintenance and servicing as well as a range of high quality products, such as fireplaces and electric or gas fires.
Which? is an organisation with over 50 years’ experience in campaigning on consumer issues. It reviews products and offers independent advice on a wealth of subjects.
Its Trusted Trader scheme is to designed to offer customers the choice of local companies which have met very high standards. These include having a Customer Charter.
The company was named Business of the Year and Best Small Business at this year’s Enterprising Wiltshire Awards in Trowbridge.
