Promotion of apprenticeship opportunities through outreach to local colleges and school leavers ensures that young people are aware of the fantastic career opportunities that an apprenticeship brings. The support for apprentices throughout their programme through dedicated mentoring from an experienced engineer allows for their apprentices to learn and develop their skills on the job.
