Here is a summary of what each plan offers:

Oil Service Plan

The Service Plan ensures you never forget your annual boiler service.

Annual boiler service and one nozzle and flexi oil line if required

Heating Care is perfect if you have a new boiler (under warranty) and an old, but working, central heating system with old controls.

Boiler Care is ideal if you have an old boiler (out of any warranty) and you don’t require cover for the central heating system.

Total Care is the package for you if you have an old boiler (out of warranty) and an old, but working central heating system with old controls.

Boiler breakdowns, all components within the boiler (1 nozzle & flexi per year)
Radiators, manual radiator valves & thermostatically controlled valves
Automatic air valves, pressure relief valves & expansion vessel when fitted with the boiler

Controls including heating & water thermostats, programmer & motorised valves
Hot water cylinders and their component parts (excludes unvented hot water cylinders)
Heating pipework (accessible)
Feed & expansion tank

Regulation changes forcing remedial work e.g. hatches for flues in voids
Damage to property resulting from a leak caused by failure of parts or components (only the parts that are damaged/failed are covered)
Electrical faults other than wiring we have carried out

Breakdown due to running out of oil

Prices listed are correct at time of publication and may be subject to change. A minimum period of one calendar year is payable.
Payment dates 7th or 21st of the month.
*Max. claim of £300 per call out. Customer can pay the difference of any extra work.
** Cover for the oil tank, valve and filter (like for like) includes the cost of the tank, filter and valve and the labour to install it up to a maximum claim of £300. It does not include changes to your tank installation which may be required as a result of new regulations.
